We started with three presentations. First of all, Ricco Buitink (Ministery of VWS, directorate Medical Isotopes) presented the governments’ perspective on the need for a shared and clear roadmap to make better use of nuclear medicine for patients. Second, Dr. Bart Cornelissen (UMC Groningen) provided an update of the current status of the DECISIVE initiative. Finally, Marlous Kooijman (FAST), explained the role of FAST, their strategic theme Nuclear Medicine, and how they will contribute to DECISIVE.
After these presentations, there was time for questions, and we had fruitful discussion with many stake holders in the field. In the coming weeks, we will further shape the general outline and Theory of Change with Catalyze and we will plan follow-up meetings with you, our partners, to further discuss the scope of the project and your potential contribution.
